Cost bands are updated every month with the official inflation rate (TÜFE). Results are for preliminary information only; the exact cost is determined with the project and site survey.
How the estimate works
The calculator multiplies the total floor area of the new building by the current construction cost band for your district. Districts are grouped as *standard* or *premium*; premium areas use a higher band because of finishes, façade and parking requirements. The bands are set for Istanbul and adjusted for Izmir and Ankara.

Demolition, unusual ground conditions, extra basements and high-end finishes can change the result. For an exact figure we need the zoning status, title records and a site survey, which we provide free of charge in the preliminary assessment.
