Every contractor bids on the same specification and preliminary design. Offers are compared on: owners' share in m², extra payments, delivery time, bank guarantee, rent contribution and material quality.
What the contract guarantees
Bank guarantee, delay penalties, staged title transfers, independent supervision, monthly reports and a guarantee fee written into the contract. The owners make the final choice.
